Hey
36e335829689
Its been a while since my last news update. Lots of different things going on.  Mostly good things. I had a great gig with my old boss Mark Selby.  We played in Colorado at Copper Mountain opening up for Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Check out the pics. The crowd was into it. Mark is a guitar freak and super humble at the same time.  He and his wife Tia Sillers are both accomplished writers. At the restaurant we ate at after the show, the acoustic player let Mark and Tia sit in. They whipped out a few of their hits and place went nuts.  Needless to say, we didn't spend much of our own money on dinner or drinks that night. Mark has a new acoustic CD out. My run with Billy Dean has come to a close. They just needed me for the summer months. And as I said before, Billy is a great guy to work for and the band was spot on and a good hang. I hope fall fills up for those guys.

I am waiting on few recording projects to get mixed and mastered. These include more Penny Dale tunes and a long awaited project from my friends Natalie Aulvin and Trey Call produced by Guido Welsh.  Kevin Carson will be back in the studio soon to add to his never ending list of tunes.

Looking ahead, I've got mostly in town things right now.  This includes, Todd Sansom, Suzanna Springs, Chick Singer Night at 3rd and Lindsley and Magnolia.  I am going to start putting my schedule on the myspace page.  It should stay more current that way. www.myspace.com/mattycrouse

If I can help you out, recording or live, drop me a line.
